How long will it take to receive my order
Normally we ship out 2-3 business days from the order purchased. More often we will ship 1-2 unless we are backordered
Do you offer international shipping?
We do offer international shipping. We do free shipping in the US, otherwise shipping will be added to the total price of the order.
What is your return policy?
Unfornutaley because of the nature of the product and sanitation reasons we cannot receive a return but we will be more than happy to work something out to please our customers. We want to give the best experience in skincare.
How much should I use?
Use a fingertip sized amount of moisturizer. When you finish applying, add more to your liking as your skin will absorb the formula. A little goes a long way. One HEMPISKYN moisturizer will last you around two months of daily use. Average use will last you 3 months
Will this burn my skin in the sun?
It will not burn your skin completely but it will start to irritate your skin because of the oils if you are directly exposed to the sun for more than an hour. It is recommended that you apply sunscreen after using HEMPISKYN.
What makes this different from other moisturizers?
We use the most natural ingredients and we also use the power of hemp seed oil which is a multi benefit oil such as that helps reduce inflammation to regenerate damaged skin cells.
What can I use it for?
The moisturizer is intended for your face but it works great for hydrating skin and hair in general. There are also skin repairing properties so for scars or cuts it is one of the best options,
When do I use it?
The Ideal time to use it would be after a shower when the skin is the driest or at night before bed after your skincare routine.
How do I use it?
You want to get a small fingertip sized amount of formula using your finger or the scoop and then you slowly spread across your face and gently massage it into the skin. Also put it on highly inflamed areas like acne or skin.
When will I see results?
Results vary on the person and their consumption habits. Results should start showing after the first week. This will help tremendously towards your skin but it also depends on the person's skin type and habits so it is not guaranteed.
